8 Paths of Yoga – according to your temperament

Bhakti, Hatha, Jnana, Karma, Kriya, Kundalini, Raja, & Tantra. Early Hindus recognized that there are different temperaments & personalities, so each is suited to one practice more than the others. Bhakti love to sing & dance. Hatha practitioners enjoy physical discipline, Jnana yogis are rather intellectual or academic, Karma yogis love to serve others with good works, Kriya yogis are contemplative, Kundalini yogis can be intense but very pure hearted, Raja yogis like to embody regal presence, and Tantric yogis & yoginis, approach relationship as their spiritual practice.
